This page covers two different piles of data. casimba-casino.com is a set of static pages. Casimba, the casino, runs the account, the documents and the cashier. We do not share a database with them.

What this website handles

You can read every page without an account, a name, or an email. There is no registration form, no payment form, and no upload for a passport or a card. We do not sell personal data, because the pages do not ask you to hand any over.

The host that serves the files may keep ordinary server logs: an IP address, a browser type, a time, and the address of the page. Those logs are for security and for keeping the site up. They are not a player profile, and they are not joined to a Casimba balance. We do not run our own analytics cookies. The cookie page says the same thing in more detail.

If you write to an address you found somewhere else and put a password or a document in it, that message did not come from a form on this site. Do not do it. There is no inbox here that can see your casino account.

What Casimba handles

A Casimba account holds the details you type at registration, the documents you upload for a check, and the payment data the cashier asks for. The operator says it keeps controls against money laundering and against underage play. That is why a withdrawal can wait on an identity check even when the deposit appeared at once. You must be 18 to register. The UK welcome offer also asks you to live in Great Britain and to be verified.

Upload documents only through the account cashier. Do not email a passport photo to a link that arrived from outside that account. Do not read a password, a full card number, or a one-time code into a chat, even if the chat claims to be support. A limit tool in the account is not the same thing as this check. One caps your play. The other confirms who is paid.

What you should keep

Keep your own note of the date, the amount and the reference when you deposit or withdraw. That note is how you describe a problem later without handing over secrets. If you close the casino account, the operator's retention of checks already made is part of their terms, not a switch on this page. Closing a browser tab on casimba-casino.com deletes nothing at the casino, because we never held the account.

Questions about a document request belong to Casimba support inside the account. The contact page is there so that route is obvious.
